[Opinions] Re: Arto?
Arto is alright; kind of refreshing, I think. Sound-wise, I prefer Arlo but I do enjoy Arthur and his variants. I did immediately think of Arturo but, even so, I can't imagine problems rhyming Arto with "two"; it looks like it's meant to be a long "o" sound, as in "go". I think it's pretty intuitive for English-speakers.
