Vesper is very harsh and unflattering. Why not Vera or aveda instead?

I don't think it's harsh, if feels whispery to me. Vera pronounce the English way is unattractive to me, I like the Italian way, but no one would use that. Aveda is a hand lotion or something in the UK. Thanks.
