I've never heard of Mirielle only Mireile. Nice.
Elyse is definitely too close to Elle.
Lucienne is nice and easier to pronounce than Mirielle, I think. Plus, Lucie is vey easy to say.
How about Marguerite, Nathalie, Josephine, GEnevieve, Marcelle, Pauline, Paulette?
