[Opinions] Not actually Greek, but studying Ancient Greek...
Some ancient pronunciations have the theta pronounced as something like an aspirated (?) t - still different than a tau, but what I'm trying to say is you could name her Martha and pronounce it Marta. Yes, I'd put Μάρθα as the baptismal name.
