Kate is my favorite, and I also like Kate on its own.
Katie is cute and it has grown on me.
Kit is fun and spunky.
Kat is probably one of my least favorites, but I think the right person can really pull it off.
Kathy I find dated.
I also really like Katia/Katya, but I think it would run into pronunciation issues in my area.
