It sounds like a perfect suggestion for Lindsay's request for yuppie names. I can't imagine many names more pretentious sounding.
Why not use Brock on its own, if you like it?

I don't really like it myself! For some reason I was thinking about an old friend of mine and his name was/is Brockington and everyone called him Brock. Just wanted to see what people thought of the name!
