Not so much. It always sounded a bit harsh to me. I also don't really like too many names that begin with a Ks or X sound. In fact I can't think of any I like right now. I much prefer it spelled Xenia. As for a sibset, how about Xenia and Roxana, Xenia and Katya, Xenia and Anya, Xenia and Nadia, Xenia and Anastasia or Xenia and Nina?
