I would choose Seraphina and Seraphine, simply because they're refreshing :) And they have a few more nickname options than Sophia. Overall it would be Seraphina. Funnily enough I do not like Serafima, even though it is one letter different! I guess I'm just used to girls ending in -na, rather than -ma. Plus -fima reminds me of femur.
