I like it. I'm not a huge fan of the "sheb" syllable, but it's nice. However, I think you'd be having a lot of conversations like this:
"What's her name?"
"
Elisheba"
"Oh!
Eli...
Elis... what?"
"
Elisheba"
"Oh. That's different"
Then they'd call her "kiddo" for the rest of the conversation because they can't wrap their head around the fact that it's not
Elisabeth, and they can't remember what it actually was.
I think a lot of the same nicknames that
Elisabeth has would work.
Libby,
Lizzie, Lissy,
Ella,
Ellie, etc.
