Help[Opinions] HOW DID I MISS THIS?

Are you pronouncing it like this? Because I'm reading your typed pronunciation differently than I say it.

SEEL-vih-OO. Slight second syllable still there.
Regardless, I LOVE THIS NAME. As you can see below, it's in my Top Ten. Silvio is almost tied with it, but this one eeks out just slightly higher.
I'm American and I don't have a problem with it, but I've also been learning Romanian for almost a year now so it may come easier to me than others.
I don't think I would let a common misread hinder me from loving/using something.
I know in Romania that this is an old name that isn't really used on young people, but to my foreign ears, it's absolutely lovely.
