[Opinions] Re: Kaia
I like Kaya; the 'i' is almost too pretty to me. I remember someone asked this question a long time ago, about what the difference in impression was. Someone said Kaya looked more "natural," and I've always leaned toward that spelling for that reason. I taught a girl named Kaia and, though it's a unique and pretty name, it didn't fit her. One thing I've learned about short, pretty, simple names is that, for me, they wear out quickly; the sparkle dulls after repeating it a few million times a day. (Which is unfortunate because, prior to teaching, those were my favorite kinds of names.)
