Sadly, Eryn passed away last year after an all-too-brief two year battle with cancer. The family is still dealing with her loss, and Karen isn’t dating again. Sora and Patrick have started trying for a baby, but haven’t had success yet. Kenzo isn’t dating anyone seriously. Max married his college sweetheart, Ridley, and they wanted to start a family right away. They now have a two-year-old son (they gave him Max’s surname in honor of his mother, Karen, and her side of the family) and a newborn daughter (who they named for his recently deceased mom, Erin – her middle name – and also gave her a Japanese middle name as well). Miles also isn’t tying himself down, but his twin brother Alec has gotten serious with his girlfriend so perhaps there will be another engagement soon.
