Oliver is #5 here and I think that's pretty much the only reason why it's not my top choice. I've loved it for like ten years. One person I know has a son named Oliver, and a family friend has a grandson named Oliver, but other than that I don't personally know any. It's popularity puts me off a bit though...
I like August Vincent Louis and August Finnian Arthur. Wouldn't use Louis or Finnian though
