My aunt's name is Francisca, she goes by Chica. I'm a fan of both Francisca and Francesca, but I think Francisca rolls off the tongue a bit easier.
I like it better as a middle name however, if I were to use it as a fn I'd be too afraid of the nicknames 'Fran' or 'Franny'.
