Well, Amy, you strike me as the sort of person who probably finds a lot of things personally offensive.
BTW, the meaning of the name "Veronica" is debatable, and Daividh was not incorrect in the answer he gave. Some scholars claim that the name comes from the Greek, meaning "bringing victory" -- and others claim it's from the Latin, meaning "true image".
Daividh has been around here quite a bit longer than you have, so I think I'll go by his answer. Plus, he's got better manners.
