To me, as a Canadian, it still has "Conservative" (as in, the political party) overtones that I can't shake, because we had a Prime Minister Harper. So the name does not appeal to me.

This wouldn’t have occurred to me, thanks for bringing it to my attention. I wonder how many people here would have that association.
