Cleo is alright, I guess. That seems more pet-like than Chloe, to me. Maybe because of Cleo from Clifford the Big Red Dog. Chloe would be a nice dog or cat name, tbh. I don't think it's a bad thing.
Also, Chloe Elizabeth would be a nice combo, lol. I personally prefer Shayla to Shaylee.
