I don't like Myrtle, but Celestina is lovely! As a middle or first name. I have to agree with Kaesy though. They don't fit with each other.
How about Myrtle Julianne? Or Mabel Celestina? Well nah, those are kind of discordant too. That woman's parents were dealing with some tricky names! I think that they did their best with that one. Perhaps she was named after two separate people. That might explain the odd pairing.
