Hi I'm a girl who has Sebastian as my 2nd name.
Personally I found it embarrassing to be named such a distinct boy name but now I love it.
My parents call me Bae or Bia as nickname but I also like Sacha or Sanya as a nickname for Sebastian. It has a feminine tune to it but I think Sacha or Sanya can suit a guy
