Myf: there's something whimsical and fun about Myfanwy that Myf doesn't have.
Cerridwen: I'd spell it Ceridwen. It sounds awkward and clunky to me.
Lowri: not sure how I feel about it. It feels like a harsher version of Laurie.
Rhianon: I'd spell it Rhiannon. � Rhiannon rings like a bell through the night �
Tiwlip: similar vibes to Tillie - childish in a fey way.
Rhonwen: I prefer Rowena.
Iorwerth: I find it awkward to say - the "rw" part is especially difficult.
Bedwyr: I prefer Bedivere.
Ithel: looks too close to IT hell for me.
Parry: like parrying an attack.
Siors: soft and confusing.
Iestyn: very saintly.
Trystan: I prefer Tristan, but Trystan's not bad.
Emlyn: handsome, sophisticated, and geographical.
Llew: btn lists its pronunciation as shoe, which can't be correct.
Aneurin: a-NYE-rin, right? Bevan.
Trahaearn: Trahern might be a better bet. Feels ancient.
Gwilym: one of my favourite William variants.
Ofydd: I have no point of reference for it. Reminds me vaguely of offal.
Reese: exclusively masculine in Wales as far as I'm aware. I prefer the Rhys spelling.
