It sounds really manly now that I think about it, but Doris is for women and Boris is for guys; I'm not hearing the big difference that others are hearing. Sadly, I don't like either of them. I guess I'm not a fan of most venerable names. So far, I seem to like Marlyn, Mariel, Marion, and not much else in the vintage slot. I love mair/mahr sounds in names. :)
