I like it, but if the child didn't have blue eyes it would be like naming a blonde Scarlett.

Ever heard of Scarlett Johansson?
What on Earth would be wrong with naming a blonde Scarlett? Why does an Azure have to have blue eyes? That's a little silly.

Especially as both hair and eye colour can change with age- I was born with red hair and I'm now naturally a blonde. WhenI was little, my eyes were very blue, and although they're still blue now, they're a very dark blue, almost green.
