Arabella is kind of an uncommon/strange name, so I'd pair it with something more common/normal, especially if it's a first name.

I think I prefer Arabella more as a middle name, it just seems more natural like that and flows better with more names. Also, I imagine any name that goes well with Isabella probably works with Arabella as well. Oh, and there's the option of splitting Arabella into the first+middle name combo of Ara Bella too or using Arabella as a nickname for a similar combo such as Ariana Isabella.
