*This family were immigrants to America during the 1930s. The parents and two eldest children adopted an "Americanized" name, which can be an English version of their birth name, or something else entirely. For names like Eva, Anna, Maria, or other names that translate to English, they can keep them if you like. For the other children, who were born in the U.S., they were given American names with Czech middles.
