I’d spell Jane+a as Jayna. Jayna is a very pretty name, imo. I think Jay would be a pretty cool nickname.

I prefer Janelle to Janel; I think Janel looks incomplete. I’m not a huge fan of this name in general, but it would be a nice middle name.

Of the other Jane-names you listed, I like Janine and Janet. Janine is a very classy name; it has a certain flair that I don’t get with other names. Janet is another classic name. I just think that it sounds warm and friendly; I’ve only met kind Janet’s. Janice isn’t my favorite.

Jane itself is a nice, fresh, classic name with history. I do love this name, but I feel as if something’s missing? Of all of these names, I’d say that Janine is my favorite. After that, it’s Janet. One thing that I like about the Jane-names is that they can have the nickname Janie. I think that Janie is a cute nickname.
