I wouldn't trust znacenje-imena.com with their lists at all. It seems like they just come up with random lists on their own without using any official sources.
Just compare their lists for Bosnia in, for example, 2019 (https://www.znacenje-imena.com/top_100_najpopularnijih_muskih_imena_BiH_2019, https://www.znacenje-imena.com/top_100_najpopularnijih_zenskih_imena_BiH_2019) with the ones on this site (which is from fzs.ba) and you'll notice the order is way different.
