1. If you saw the name Ramo, how would you instinctively pronunce it? RAM-O
2. What do you think of the name Ramo pronunced RAY-moh? I do like it better pronounced Ray-mo than Ram-o.
3. I like simple plain Ray the best. I dislike Horatio because of Horatio Cain on CSI: Miami - the guy just annoys me. Ramo, I definitly could get use to.
4. Would you rather meet a girl named Karana (kar-AH-nah) or a boy named Ramo? I love Karana and have for a very long time, so I definitly would pick Karana first. But, Ramo is cool. I think a boy these days would like a name like that. For me it has the feel of Rocco, Romeo, and Maddox.
I love the book Island of the Blue Dolphins. Karana was a favorite name of mine since I read it in grade six!
