I know that people have thought Krystyna was a creative spelling, so perhaps they'd think Khrystyna is as well. Larysa, Denys, Martyn, Maryna, Davyd and Halyna might be seen as creative spellings.
Semen would just be an unfortunate name in English, it wouldn't be mistaken for someone being creative, I think.
But, most of these look different enough that people might first assume they are from another culture.
