Which ones have you met? Have you met multiple Florians or do you just like that? These mostly seem like unusual names to me. None of the sets are bad.

Nimue & Melusine look cool together. Auberon works with them although I prefer Oberon. Elowen is nice too but looks a bit trendy in comparison.

Antigone looks a bit like the odd one out in #8; the other ones are also unusual and Greek but seem to have more popular looking beginning/ending sounds.

I don't really like Aino, Daphne, Elodie, but they fit ok in the sets.

#5 is the most interesting seeming to me, but #2 and #3 are my favorite.

If I was making pairs of these I'd pick something like:
Nimue & Peregrine
Artemisia & Sophronia
Auberon & Rosalind
Iris & Stellan
Lucian & Clementine
Octavian & Amabel, though might prefer Amabel & Octave
Antigone & Hypatia
Florian & Cressida
Amaryllis & Elowen
