Bienvenue and Janvier are used as names in French. The issue with this combo is that Bienvenue is the feminine form and Bienvenu is masculine. Janvier is masculine and Janvière is feminine.

That's quite interesting! I still think they are odd when together. I asked a Francophone aquaintance about them and she said she hadn't heard of them used as names. They seem to be archaic, so I would assume that's why.
