To be fair, there are not many Czech name days remaining to be added, and many of those are archaic. What is your friend's boyfriend's name?

Zbyšek, and it is not archaic at all - it is still very common. Yet others are still used, but they are rare. You add them as Rare tho?

Medard is pretty archaic, so are Pankrác and Servác. Saskie is very rare, I know only of of Saskie Burešová, a TV host.
