I think you'll have to be more specific than that, most people here aren't very familiar with Japanese names, and 'typical' is a vague term. Typical when?
I'm sure some people are still giving those names to their children, but they have fallen out of favor in my observation. Japan is trending away from -ko names for girls and traditionally masculine names like Shigeru. Hiroshi I'm not sure of though.
