Variants ending in -OFFI do not match Bulgarian naming conventions.
I think the following variants are possible:
VISOCHKOFF (Bulg. Âèñî÷êîâ, pron. Vee-SSOHCH-koff, better spelling VISSOCHKOFF)
VISOCHOFF (Bulg. Âèñîêîâ, pron. Vee-SSOH-koff, better spelling VISSOCKOFF)
Both variants mean something like Tallman.
