I like Penelope. It's quirky and stands out. My sister is Penny (no nn) and I think her name sounds so sweet and forever young. She's actually almost 15 years my senior and I think her name sounds younger than mine. ;-)
Wesley and Penelope do have different styles but it's not awful in any way.
