I like it. My best friend loves the name, and will probably use it as a fn if she ever has a little girl. She has an aunt named Irene, and her parents almost named her that and she's just always loved the name. She isn't sure about mn's though. At first, I didn't really like it. It seems outdated and not very pretty. But it has definitely grown on me. And I think Renie or Rena are cute nn possibilities.
