You could compromise with Rosalie Cecile ( a nice French ooomph there!)

I think Cecily and Cicely are nice names but the meaning puts me off.
I love Rosalie and think what is a nice mn for it would also suit Cecily
Rosalie Veronica (I was put in mind of Veronica because Dame Cecily Veronica Wedgwood was a famous English historian)
