I pronounce them all MAD-uh-lin, but I've heard Madeline as MAD-uh-lien (like the word "line") before.
I think Madeline and Madeleine are classic, but popular names. Madelyn is the trendy spelling. I wouldn't use this name but it is millions of times better than Madison
