1) Absolutely love it, it will be the name of my first daughter (as a NN for Eleanor)
2) Without the 'h', I just find it unnecessary
3) Norah Josephine is so awesome, it used to be my favorite Nora combo :). I also always liked the combo Norah Kathleen
