I love both of these names!
I would like to use Mary someday, but I don't like it as a middle name and I have too many other favorite first names.
Victoria doesn't seem like it's becoming too popular where I live. I only know one Viktoria and she goes by Tori.
If I used Victoria I would NEVER use the nicknames Vicky or Tori but always Victoria.
Your 3 combos sound nice. I like Mary Victoria the best, but Estella Jane and Phoebe Cosette flow well and are very pretty.
