The Sloane Family
Ivy and Zavier have Oliver, Kristjan , Henrik, Runa, Kea, Gwen and Blythe
Kristjan is now settling in well and is sharing more and more with us. He has formed a particulary close bond with his new cousin Oliver who has been specialising in councilling within his medical training. Kristi idolises Oli and they are the best of friends spending their free time watching old movies and have even started their writing a screeplay together. They plan to then act and direct it with friends. Kristjan and I have also been playing tennis together, a passion I had as a child but I'm rather out of practice so Kris always beats me!
Henrik has also settled well and has enjoyed a couple of weekends hiking in the countryside with Zavier. Whilst Hen and Zav are hiking Runa, Kea, Gwen, Blythe and I have girly weekends at home, painting our nails, watching chick flicks and eating take out.
Runa is also really enjoying having younger sisters and is great with Kea, Gwen and Blythe. She has even been teaching her younger sisters to speak Swedish and has three eager pupils on her hands.
Hen and Runa have also been enjoying using the nearby indoor snowboarding run and I have to say, they are both very talented!
Kea has also been great and love having so many siblings as there is always somebody to chat to or have a karoke competition with! We have uber competitive family sing-offs regularly! However, she's also been remarkably focused on her studies and Kea's new teachers have been very complimentary of her skills and results. We believe that she will be able to achieve her dreams of training as a doctor and in the meantime she has been getting some extra help from cousin Oliver who is in his third year of medical training.
