I don't know if I like it. To me it just seems like Oliver with a t added to the beginning. I much prefer Oliver I think.

I like Tolly and I like Oliver, so in theory this should work for me, but it just looks like a last name - reminds me of Michael Tolliver from Tales of the City too.

I really like it, and I think I prefer Tolliver out of the two spellings.

I'm not sure. I prefer Oliver, which I love. Toliver/Tolliver is nice among all the Oliver's but I can't say that I really like it. Sounds like "tall oliver"
