Isambard Kingdom Brunel is like the most kick-ass name I have ever ever seen. I think you should use the whole thing. Isambard Kingdom Brunel Surname. Or Isambard Kingdom Brunel Thomas Surname. Yeah man, that kid will rule the school.
What is Isambard from? Is it a cultural name? So neat. I keep saying it "is-amma-bard" in my head though, which is wrong I know. How do you say it?
So cool.

In English it's pronounced IS-am-bard. Isambard KB - yup, totally awesome combo there - got it from his French daddy, but apparently it comes originally from an Old German name, Isanberht, meaning something like bright iron. Kind of appropriate for an engineer. Kingdom was his mother's maiden name, I think.
I actually really like the sound of Brunel as a first name. Don't think I could use it though.
