oh-TEE-lee-eh. My first response was German because it looks like a form of Otto, so German pronunciation. Then, I looked it up and I was surprised to be right. That almost never happens to me. :)

Sort of like Oddl-ee. I don't make the crisp t-sounds like the British do, they are more like d's.
