I'm sorry, but I'm having a hard time pronouncing this one. It sounds a little like baby talk.

I much prefer the simple Gwendolen or Gwyneth to...whatever the hell this is. Sorry.

It's pronounced Gwen-VREW-ee, I think. It sounds really medieval, so I understand.

(And yes I prefer Gwendolen and Gwyneth for a real child but I like Gwenfrewi as a GP.)

Maybe she could be Gwen Melisande, and you call her Gwenfrewi as an affectionate nickname. Like nicknames don't have to be shorter, Anna's get called Annabelle and Annabella for fun for example.

However if you love Gwenfrewi, I don't think it has to be a GP. A girl could pull it off.

Really? :D I guess if someone could pull off Guillermo they can pull Gwenfrewi off. Gwen Melisande sounds really cool... with Gwenfrewi as a nickname like you said. Thank you so much! :)

Trust me I've grown up with people with far more cumbersome names than Gwenfrewi.

Kanapeethani, Pooja (all three of them) being examples. I just prefer the look and sound of Gwen to Gwenfrewi personally.
