I'll always think of Vivien Leigh's Scarlett O'Hara saying "Oh, Mamie" in a whiney voice when I see the name.

I prefer Mamie Olivia out of the combo's listed.

I think there is a difference in pronounciation though. In GWTW, I believe it was Mammie pronounced like Whammy, whereas I think the name Mamie is prounouced like Amy.

This is true, but with some accents (esp. in the United States) the prn. is still the same.
