I'd pronounce Sapphira and Saphira suh-FYE-ruh. Safira would make me hesitate and I'd probably wonder aloud between the two pronunciations.
Pronounced suh-FYE-ruh...I'd never use it, but I think it'd be great on a little girl.
Pronounced suh-FEAR-uh...It seems more made-up. I could easily see it on a lion in a Disney movie. I think I like this pronunciation better.
