I quite like it. I considered it for my third child. It fitted my criteria- Italian, not popular, soft and feminine sounding. But I had a boy so.....lol.
I wouldn't spell it any other way. I think any other spellings would verge on looking to creative, which I really hate. Ellyana Elyanah Elianah etc.
I really don't like the name Chloe and I don't think it fits to well with Eliana.
I'm not sure why it's showing up as a spelling mistake, that is the correct spelling and the name is in the database...so??? Not sure.
