I like it in general. On a boy I think it's cute. On a girl I think it's still cute, but a little frilly/princessy/ballerina/etc. I'd like to meet an Alexandra "Sasha" though... For a boy I actually prefer Sasha to Sascha, and I don't mind it as a full name although I prefer it as short for Alexander.
