I do immediately think of the the store, but that's not a bad thing, just an innocuous association.
I much, much prefer Zipporah. Sepphora does nothing for me. I do like S-names generally, but I can't warm up to this name. (Also, Sephora and Sepphora are the same name, just different spellings. It's kinda like how Zipporah and Tzipora are the same name.)
