[Opinions] Re: Delyth
I have a hard time with feminine Del- names because I love masculine Del- names, so it seems like a more masculine syllable to me too. But since I love Welsh names I'll give it a whirl. I do like how it has a swirly watery thing going on, with a bit of sunshine.Delyth Anne - boring, yes, but I like it
Delyth Awela ("breeze")
Delyth Blodwen
Delyth Concordia - I think she can take it
Delyth Euphemia
Delyth Glesni ("blueness")
Delyth Gwennol ("swallow" (the bird))
Delyth Honora
Delyth Joanna
Delyth Kindred
Delyth Lleucu
Delyth Rhosyn / Royse / Rohese (if you like the rose image but want something more interesting)
Delyth Spring
Delyth Thomasina
Delyth VioletI actually really like Delyth Rhosyn! It does bring out the feminine side of it. There are several more combos I like quite a bit too... I think I've combo-ed myself into liking Delyth!

I'd never thought of Delyth like that before but you're right! It does drip with water and sunshine in the very sound! :)Delyth Anne - I like it too, it's a bit plain but very elegant at the same time
Delyth Awela ("breeze") - lovely! Water, sunshine and a nice cooling breeze!
Delyth Blodwen - not as easy to pronounce for me
Delyth Concordia - a bit heavy, probably too much
Delyth Euphemia - interesting, can't decide
Delyth Glesni ("blueness") - wow! another Welsh word, not about it with Delyth
Delyth Gwennol ("swallow" (the bird)) - I quite like this one! love the sound and it's shorter then Gwendolen!
Delyth Honora - I like this but like Honoria better, Delyth Honoria? a bit posh maybe?
Delyth Joanna - lovely
Delyth Kindred - never heard of Kindred being used as a name before, but I quite like it.
Delyth Lleucu - I sort of like this but it's a bit hard for me to pronounce. Maybe Delyth Lucy or Delyth Lucille would be better, or Delyth Lucia?
Delyth Rhosyn / Royse / Rohese - I like Delyth Rhosyn, quite pretty!

Yeah, Del- is blue and green and watery so I get a rippling water image going on, and then y is a sunny yellow so it feels like it's a ray of sunshine stuck on after some water... I don't know, it's a neat combination!I'm glad you liked some of them. I think Delyth Lucia is pretty, if you prefer that. I like it paired with a Latin-y kind of name. And I'm not a Lucille fan, but I actually think Delyth Lucille could be a nice combo too. I think Honoria is a bit frilly, and sort of takes away from the understatedness of Delyth.
